I was the Technical Assessment Lead for a Naval Shipyard, where I performed the assessment of the Client landscape and the impact of future SAP projects.  I provided direction on client landscape and system architecture for support of ECC upgrade as well providing recommendations to ensure production support during multiple project implementations.

I was the Technical SAP Basis Lead and was responsible for the resolution of STMS Transport issues as part of SAP Basis production support. I resolved system issues with jobs not completing by extending the Oracle Database Index table.

I was the Technical Lead for a Naval shipyard during production support phase. My role was to assist in the resolution of a Production client copy process that was failing. I led troubleshooting and architecture review discussions with the client support staff where I proposed increasing the Swap Space and adding Background processes to the System.  The client implemented the recommendations and was able to run a successful Production client copy.

 

ETP                                                                                   

I was the Technical and Security Lead on a SAP upgrade project. My primary responsibility involved role and profile remediation from SAP instance consolidation and ECC 6.0 NetWeaver upgrade.  As the Security Lead, I evaluated and recommended the action items in order to accommodate the new user requirements related to the upgrade functionality changes. After upgrading a 'UNIX Sandbox environment', which was a copy of production, I modified the roles and profiles in this ECC 6.0 'Sandbox'. I supported the upgrade team during their testing with security issue resolution and performed role and profile adjustments. In addition, I provided additional investigation and resolution of authorization errors in existing production systems. I identified authorization checks causing transactions to execute differently or cause access problems across the systems.

 

TAESL                                                                     

I was the Technical DBA Lead and was responsible for the resolution of Oracle data issues as part of post implementation support. Third party interface product stored data from SAP iDocs in a separate Oracle Database and an error with duplicate data records was reported in System errors. I resolved the issue by providing scripts that deleted duplicate Oracle data in tables so new records being added did not conflict. I validated that the Oracle tables were consistent between Development and Production.

 

I was asked to return as the Technical Lead for a SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade implementation during the Project Preparation phase. My primary responsibility was the installation of SAP 4.5B Support Packs and Correction Request Transports required for IS&D. I installed these in the development environment for testing. I supported the Solaris UNIX migration to new systems using virtual containers

I was the Technical SAP Basis Lead for migration of Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL servers.  I performed SAP systems migration from SAP Hosting to CSC Hosting. This involved the export of the SQL server databases from SAP and import to new servers at CSC hosting. A homogeneous system copy was performed on ECC 6.0, CRM and BI 7.0. During installation, client development required the SQL Server table space to be increased. I also assisted with the installation of Solution Manager.

As a Technical Consultant, My duties consisted of production monitoring of US and ASIA landscapes consisting of cProjects, ECC 5, BI 3.5, Trex and Vertex.  I identified duplicate port numbers causing connectivity issue and provided system recommendation to resolve.  The system landscape included Sandbox, Dev, QA and Production servers.  I was primarily responsible for the support of the ECC 6/BI 7 upgrade, implementation, and proactively identified areas of the implementation life cycle that required additional technical resources (e.g. conversion, reporting).
